Our Booking Terms
Please familiarise yourself with our business terms and conditions.
Our terms for all chauffeur booking are fair and transparent.
However, please take a few minutes to read these, as they apply to all booking enquiries,

Please familiarise yourself with our terms & conditions, these apply to all bookings undertaken with the FBO Luxury Travel Group including Herts VIP.
In order to provide all clients with a quality pre-booked chauffeur service, we have a minimum charge at our discretion for ANY booking as per vehicle type below:
Business Class Mercedes E Class £75.00
First Class Mercedes S Class £95.00
First Class MPV Mercedes V Class £85.00
We provide competitive fixed priced airport chauffeur transfers and London transfers based on vehicle type, distance and time required to complete the booking.
By booking our services you have agreed to abide by our terms and conditions set below.
All online bookings require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice, if you require a vehicle sooner please call us to check availability.
Online booking prices do not allow for premium dates eg Christmas Day & New Years day, other rates apply for these two dates and we advise prospective clients to check price and availability by contacting us in advance.
Online bookings are strictly subject to availability and a manual confirmation from us.
Upon initial online booking you will receive an automated email with regards to your booking instruction, however your booking is ONLY confirmed once we check and confirm all details.
Once checked, we will confirm and email an official confirmation setting out all aspects of your booking.
All quotations are valid for seven days from initial enquiry and subject to changing availability.
We accept all major credit & debit cards, subject to our acceptance.
Cash payments are accepted by us BUT only when agreed in advance and confirmed in writing on your booking confirmation.
Our payment terms for all bookings unless agreed in advance are:
Online Bookings 100% on booking, unless requesting the cash payment option. (subject to our acceptance)
As Directed Chauffeur Bookings | 25% deposit with the remaining balance due when undertaking the booking.
Wedding Car Hire, non-refundable advance payment of £50.00, balance to be paid 90 days before booking date.
All invoices are subject to payment upon issue via BACS electronic payment, unless agreed by us in writing in advance.
Late invoice payments are subject to additional fees:
£10.00 per email correspondence and an additional 2.5% per month above our current bank rate to be added to total invoice cost.
Account terms are 14 days from invoice date, unless agreed in advance upon account opening with us.
Account opening is strictly subject to minimum monthly spend and our terms and conditions.
Your chauffeur booking may be subject to additional waiting time and car park charges unless agreed in advance when confirming your booking.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings if any invoices are outstanding for payment.
The charge on your credit card statement may be one of our following merchant providers.

Once a booking is confirmed by us:
If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 48 hours from the start of the period of hire.
50% of booking invoice will be due to be paid by customer.
If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire.
100% of all booking invoice will be due to be paid by customer.
If a wedding booking is cancelled within 3 months from the start of the period of hire.
the deposit of £50.00 will be non-refundable.
If a wedding booking is cancelled within 1 month from the start of the period of hire.
The full hire amount will still be charged and payable in full by the customer.
If the customer does not show at the time and place designated as the pickup point and as per official booking confirmation then, the full cost of the booking and any waiting time shall be charged and paid by the customer.
We request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any online bookings.
If you would like to book a car with less than 48 hours notice.

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual.
You will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances not under our control, including road traffic accidents, breakdowns etc.
The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.
We may provide subcontracted vehicles when necessary to provide a quality service.
By supplying your email address you permit us to contact you via email, in return we promise never to supply your email to any third party.
If there are any changes or variations including extra mileage to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance with the pricing structure on our website.
We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at ANY TIME if at all necessary for reasons beyond our control.
Every effort will be made by us to ensure that our vehicle(s) or Sub-Contractors vehicle(s) arrive on time.
Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.
All vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims.
However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and we shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
We will keep a lost property book at our office, and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer.
We and our chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
We maintain a strict no smoking, drinking or eating policy in all our vehicles.
Online quotations do not allow for public and bank holidays like Christmas Day or New Years Eve where there may be an additional surcharge.
Please indicate on the quote form if your proposed booking is for a bank holiday or on any other special date.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
We will always ultimately try to provide the best possible service and to exceed your chauffeuring experience.
If you feel that our service is not to the usual high standards set by us please contact us as soon as possible in order to investigate and rectify any issues you may have.
It is your responsibility to allow enough time to be at the location that you wish for us to drop you off to.
We will gladly advise you on approximate journey times but this is only an estimate based on good traffic conditions and our previous experience.
No booking is confirmed without an official confirmation from FBO Luxury Travel/Herts VIP.
It is your responsibility to ensure ALL DATES & TIMES ARE CORRECT.
Errors and Omissions Excepted, these Terms & Conditions may be updated as necessary.
By booking ANY of our services you have agreed to our terms and conditions.
